Change Request Management (ChaRM) in SAP Solution Manager documents the changes to your solution landscape over the entire lifecycle. Each change can be retraced so as to be audit-compliant – from the creation of a change request, to the workflow-based approval, through to the implementation and go-live.

Close integration with SAP Transport Management gives SAP Solution Manager the main advantage over other solutions. Transport requests are created centrally and automatically distributed to the SAP systems.

As well as SAP Solution Manager’s pre-defined transaction types, you benefit from functionalities that ensure transports take place in the correct order or preventing simultaneous access to the same development objects. SAP Solution Manager 7.2 supports a tight integration with the Solution Documentation.
