Senior SAP ALM Consultant (m/f/d)
Take responsibility for challenging ALM projects for SAP environments

Vostura GmbH is a product and consulting company focused on Application Lifecycle Management for SAP-centric landscapes. We advise our customers on the design, implementation and optimization of their ALM processes and complement this expertise with our own solutions and technical extensions.
Our work centers around SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build. In addition, we integrate tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX and Tricentis Test Automation into robust, end-to-end ALM processes.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior SAP ALM Consultant (m/f/d) who brings strong expertise, confidently guides customers through demanding project environments, and develops and implements sustainable solution approaches.
Your responsibilities
- Advise our customers on the design, implementation and optimization of ALM processes for SAP-centric landscapes
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and develop robust solution approaches based on SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build and the SAP Integrated Toolchain
- Design and implement ALM processes in release management, change management, test management and documentation
- Support the integration of adjacent tools such as Jira or ServiceNow into existing ALM and operations processes
- Plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions and best-practice reviews in direct customer contexts
- Work closely with project managers, business departments, development teams and IT organizations on the customer side
- Take professional responsibility in complex project situations, including troubleshooting and methodological guidance
- Support Junior Consultants in customer projects and actively contribute to their professional development
- Contribute to the further development of Vostura GmbH’s methods, solution approaches and professional standards
Your profile
- Degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Solid practical experience with SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM
- Alternatively, several years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management for SAP-centric landscapes with comparable ALM solutions, ideally including experience with SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX or Tricentis Test Automation
- Confident, professional and customer-oriented appearance
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong conceptual skills combined with the willingness to implement solutions directly in the system
- Willingness to travel within Germany depending on project requirements

- Creation of technical concepts and solution proposals
- Fine specification and effort estimation for customer-specific enhancements in SAP Solution Manager
- Implementation of the developments – partly independently, often together in the development team
- Design and implementation of interfaces from SAP Solution Manager to non-SAP systems
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in ABAP or SAPUI5 development
- Experience in IT Service Management and Change Request Management in SAP Solution Manager or SAP CRM
- Experience with the CRM WebUI component Workbench, with BADIs for CRM order documents and in CRM customizing is desirable
