If there is a retention period required by tax regulations, the storage period is either 6 or 10 years as determined by the relevant laws. During this time, data processing is restricted. To do so, an informal e-mail is sufficient. Any data processing carried out prior to the request remains legal until the point of the revocation of your consent.

The data you share with us in the contact form will remain with us until you request that we delete it, revoke your consent for us to store it, or the purpose of storing the data is no longer relevant (e.g., after we have responded to your request). Mandatory legal provisions – including retention periods – are unaffected by the above conditions.
