Together with STIHL, Vostura presented a practical case study at the DSAG ALM Thementage in Stuttgart on how the Feature Process in SAP Cloud ALM was successfully introduced in just six weeks.
In their presentation, Max Niedermann (STIHL) and Sascha Wild (Vostura) showed how the Cloud ALM Feature Process was established as the central element for change and release management. The approach was complemented by the integration of ServiceNow as the main intake channel and an automated tester workflow using Power Automate.
The result: clearly structured processes, significantly reduced manual effort, and full transparency across the entire change and release lifecycle.
